We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team throughout O‘ahu. Primary Responsibilities
& Conduct physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and treatment interventions (PT)
& Implement and monitor therapeutic exercise and mobility programs
& Provide fall prevention assessments and recommendations
& Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs
& Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
& Complete accurate and timely Medicare-compliant documentation
Qualifications
& Home health experience preferred
& Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
& Excellent communication and organizational abilities
& Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
& Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
